As owner and director, I assure you that my heart and approach is always in the best interest of your child. I have been caring for children since I started as a mother's helper at age 10 and cared for the same family for 15 years. I have lived in Delmar since 2014.. Since I have opened my daycare in 2019 I have loved these children as my own. My favorite part is working in collaboration with each parent to help their child grow both in the home and in the daycare.

Sandy is the absolute best! She has watched my daughter for years since she was 12 weeks old. She loves children and treated my daughter as her own. Sandy's Seedlings is a licensed home-based child care program located in Delmar, NY, serving children ages 6 weeks - 5 years old. We are a play based program where every moment is seen as a teachable moment. We strive to teach independence with an “I learned to do it myself” and a “Yes I can” attitude. Our approach is a praise and positive rewards for positive behavior approach. We are very hands on with every aspect of your child’s care, growth and development. You will also be involved and communicated with every step of the way so we can provide a consistent environment with seamless transitions from home care to child care.
