Primm ABC Child Care Center was organized by members of Primm Tabernacle African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church in 1970 to further the emotional, intellectual and physical development of children from a variety of races and cultures through educational, social and cultural programs and services.

In the 1980's the center was awarded status as a non-profit corporation and is licensed to serve children age 1-12. We provide a toddler program, a preschool through Washington State Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) and Seattle Preschool Program (SPP), and a before-and-after school-age enrichment program.
