The reason I gave five starts across the board. Granted I was there a day before Thanksgiving, the staff that was there, were friendly. When we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming. When taking the tour, I like that the rooms were separated and teachers could focus on the kids and not have to worry if kids from other rooms come in, or any go out. I like that the courtyard( play ground) was blocked off from the neighboring streets around it. So a safe feeling was there. We like how secure the building is, key codes for the doors, different for each family. We like how the rooms each have their own themes and smaller classes. Overall we are very pleased with our tour with Lauren went. We are gonna keep in touch and about openings and hope that some will be available after the first of the year 2024. Thank you.

UPK is new to my family, so that left many questions. After going for a visit for pre-k, we were never shown the pre-k side of the school and information was not provided until requested. It seemed very unclear and we left with no enrollment, or any sort of information to guide us. One person did provide information, but said it won’t be accurate to UPK or the upcoming school year’s information. We disembarked feeling very uncertain and not confident in the school or staff.

Landmark Christian Preschool (LCP) was founded with a mission to help children and families grow in August of 2012. The preschool has always been dedicated to be a resource and a blessing to the children and families in the Grand Junction and surrounding areas. Children, parents and staff are all cherished and treated like family. We are honored to provide quality care to children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Our dedicated staff members are carefully screened and certified in early childhood education. Our learning program exists to provide infants, toddlers and preschoolers with a warm and loving environment where the children can feel safe, secure, grow and thrive at their own pace.
