Tours need to be in person. It’s not just information that needs to be explained or a walkthrough of the classroom. I want to see the teachers and how they carry themselves. I want ti see the interaction between the teachers and between the teachers and kids. Those are super important details that are not available on a virtual tour. How can you trust people to take care of your child without being able to see the facility and teachers.

leg up didn’t convey to facility that there was a tour scheduled. facility staff was great and worked in our tour anyway after contacting directly.
