At Eagles Nest Child Development Center, we believe in and value and individuality of each child we serve. Our learning environment is designed to promote each child’s own unique social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

As caregivers and educators, we understand that brains are built and not born. We know that the first 2000 days of a child’s life and the experiences that they have during this time are extremely important for this brain development and set the tone for all other learning (NC Early Education Foundation). As a result of this knowledge, our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, literacy-rich, and developmentally appropriate learning environment, that fosters a child’s natural desire to explore, discover, and create, through intentional play so that they can become a lifelong learner.
