About us

We have worked really hard to achieve this prestigious national accreditation. NAEYC has grown to become the largest association of its kind in the world. NAEYC accreditation helps parents find the best possible early childhood experience for their children. NAEYC Accreditation programs must: Promote positive relationships for all children and adults to encourage each child's sense of individual worth.

Accreditation programs have met NAEYC's 10 standards for high-quality early childhood education. These programs have demonstrated that they provide a safe and healthy environment for children, have teachers who are well-trained, have access to excellent teaching materials, and work with a curriculum that is appropriately challenging and developmentally sound.

Our Team is also part of great organizations such as WEESSN and WECA!

Communication needs coordination and improvement. Between the school district and ALV we have four main routes: email, infinite campus, procare, and the other one from MHASH. While I understand 2 options, given the dual placement, four demonstrates discoordination. Additionally, procare is not an optimal vein to report immediate needs (e.g., fevers). Considering notification fatigue, allow a faster response by using a route that is more emergent for parents to check (texting). Additionally, when we are told to "ask the teachers" for additional information but the teachers only defer answers to MHASD or vice versa to ALV teachers, it sends the parents on a goose hunt. If these contracts are to continue, then the two settings need better coordination of information.
